Dr. Wasson is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American College of Phlebology. He is also a certified clinical densitometrist.
Dr. Wasson views being a physician his calling and passion. In addition to holding teaching positions with the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, he has lectured extensively at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas. His areas of interest and expertise include diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
Dr. Wasson, originally from Raton, NM, lives in Grapevine, TX where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys the outdoors—hunting, fishing, and working out. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
